How do I set up an auto-responder?
To setup an auto-responder, please follow these instructions:
- Log in to Webmail at http://yourdomain.com/webmail using your Email ID and Password.
- After logging in, click on 'Auto Responders' to add or remove an autoresponder for your email ID.
Why are there three versions of WebMail?
We at Aware continuously strive to provide our customers with state-of-the-art technology and the best possible choices. Therefore, we are currently providing three leading Webmail clients - Horde, SquirrelMail and RoundCube. The three clients differ in look-and-feel. You will see the same mails no matter which interface you choose.
How can I change my email password?
To change your email password, please follow these instructions:
- Log in to Webmail at http://yourdomain.com/webmail using your Email ID and Password.
- After logging in, click on 'Change Password' to modify your email password.
My incoming email is fine but outgoing email is not working.
Ensure that you have enabled the option in your email client for "My Outgoing Server Requires Authentication". In the case of Microsoft Outlook, this option can be found under Tools->Email Accounts->More Settings->Servers (configuration varies for different versions of Outlook). This is required because our servers are configured to prevent open relaying of mail messages in order to protect our network from being used to send SPAM.
