FAQ - Shared Hosting Limitations

The following limitations apply to all shared hosting accounts:*

Hourly mail limit = 1000 per domain (subject to Daily domain limit)
Directory mail limit = 1000 per day /one time
PHP List queue limit = 800
Daily limit = 5000 emails per day per domain
Maximum number of recipients in an email / forwarder = 50 (must use SMTP Authentication)
Maximum number of recipients in an email (without SMTP authentication, eg. via scripts) = 15
Maximum email size = 20MB
Maximum number of FTP users = 25
Maximum FTP connections from same IP = 4
Maximum CPU usage per domain = Not more than 15% at any time
Maximum memory usage per domain = Not more than 16MB

While these are not hard limits, we monitor them and reserve the right to block such accounts temporarily or discard mails which maybe over limit.
